Frequently Asked Questions about the Guild, roles, and other topics.

Q: What does “Be included in email allowlist” mean? A: Zama community programs run on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, our team reviews and selects the winning submissions, then adds the winners’ emails to the specific “email allowlist” for the role so they can claim rewards. There’s nothing you need to do to meet this requirement. We’ll announce in the community when the monthly review is done and the allowlist is updated. At that point, you can refresh the role, and if you’re a winner, you’ll be included.

Q: Do I need to mint the Guild Pin? A: No, the Guild Pin is not required for Zama community programs. Guild Pins are issued by Guild (see this guide) and can be collected voluntarily if you wish.

Q: How long do I need to hold 0.1 ETH or 250 USDC in my wallet? A: You need to hold 0.1 ETH (or 250 USDC) in your wallet for the entire duration of the campaign. Guild continuously checks the wallet balance for eligibility, and will automatically remove roles if your wallet no longer meets the requirement.

Q: I completed the “FHE Intro Quiz,” but the next one is still locked. What should I do? A: This usually means you made a mistake in your answers. Try to rewatch the videos and edit your answers. If you’re sure everything is correct, note that Guild may take some time to update progress. Simply refresh the page later.

Q: I meet all the requirements on Guild but don’t see my role on Discord. A: Make sure you've followed instructions in the #roles channel. If you’ve met all the requirements on Guild for a Discord role but don’t see it reflected on Discord, it’s likely due to Guild’s synchronization latency. Give it some time for Guild to refresh. If the issue persists, please contact Guild.xyz support for assistance.

If you have more questions, please head to #creator-program or #developer-program channel in Discord and ask here.
